For all incoming students, I would say it's a great option and the research opportunities are really worth taking.>
I took the GRE and the TOEFL. I took coaching for GRE. I joined IMFS in Mumbai, India. I also hired a counselor, Learning Edge in India. The visa process was smooth. I chose Jet Airways as my airlines but I didn't get student fare. But, I did get excess luggage. I landed at Newark airport. I did not face any immigration issues at entry. There was no meet and greet service at the airport.

I have a tuition waiver offered by my University.

I like the structure of my program. My professors are excellent. The same applies for my lecture halls and my library

I have a part time job as well. The night life in my city is pretty good. It is very warm in summers and very cold in winters. There is an international student society in my university that organizes fairs, fests, meetings, seminars and other things.

I am not aware of any placement cell in my university. All enrolled students are employed and funded by the university. There are no special placement organizations. Employment is predetermined so getting an SSN for work is easy. We have a big alumni network.
