The Maharishi University of Management is a private university with a rural campus in Fairfield, Iowa. It was established in 1971 and has nearly 1,300 students. The university offers courses in accounting, art and design, business, communications and media, computer science, elementary and secondary education, literature, Maharishi Gandharva Veda music, Maharishi Vedic science, mathematics, physics, physiology and health and world peace. Doctorate programs in Maharishi Vedic science and management are also available.
