The Maine Maritime Academy is a public, post-secondary college and a nautical training institution located in Castine, Maine. It was established in 1941 and has nearly 800 students. The various degrees offered by the academy include marine engineering operations, marine engineering technology, marine systems engineering, marine transportation operations, power engineering technology, power engineering operations, small vessels operation, small craft design, international business and logistics, marine biology, marine science and interdisciplinary studies.
